Jalandhar, May 30, 2015: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar’s Department of Hindi has been running a P.G. Diploma Course in translation (English – Hindi-English) approved by the Govt. of India for the past three years. This course is being run in collaboration with Indian Translation Academy. Ten students the annual examination the result of which was 100% seven students were placed in distinction, three students got second division. Ms Razia scored 447/700 marks and was placed first, Ms. Divya scored 463/700 and Ms. Neha scored 458/700 marks and were placed second and third respectively. It is worth mentioning here that the Diploma, a vocational course would not only make the students economically independent but would also make them multilingual and associate them with the creative aspect of various languages and diploma is specially beneficial for the students of language. 30 students had passed out the diploma course from KMV P.G. Department of Hindi.
