KMV Enters The World Of Virtualization With New Course Animation & Gaming

Jalandhar, June 5, 2015: K.M.V, Jalandhar’s Department of Computer Science & Applications has proudly started its new course in Animation & Gaming approved by U.G.C.  New Delhi, under the Community College Scheme. Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar has now become the Community College to start such a new venture. Through this program, the girl students of this region will not only benefit from these new arenas of animation but will also be employable after every semester. Such a course is a two year program with four semesters, having an eligibility of 10+2. It is designed keeping in view the latest demands of the entertainment industry. There will be multiple entry and exit points, hence making this program extremely flexible and a student more industry specific. A student clearing the first semester will be awarded Certificate in Animation & Gaming Program, clearing one year or two semesters Diploma in Animation & Gaming Program shall be provided. If a student wishes to complete this program and excel in this field, then Advanced Diploma in Animation & Gaming Program will also be provided to the student. This program has been designed in accordance with the industrial standards with various industrial houses acting as trading and industrial partners. A bunch of job profiles will be open for any student after every semester. As after Certificate in Animation & Gaming Program, a student will be eligible to become Computer Photo Designer, Clean Plate Artist, Graphic Designer, 2D Animator, Paint Artist, Digital Painter Artist, Matte Artist, Motion Graphics Artist and so on. Diploma in Animation & Gaming Program will open the fields of Game Designer, Design Visualization Artist, Video Editor, 3D Modelling Artist, 3D Lighting Artist, 3D Rigger, 3D animator, Sound Editor for every candidate. After completion of this program or Advanced Diploma in Animation & Gaming Program will make a candidate well equipped for FX Artist, Rigging & Dynamics Artist, Compositor, Editor, Game Testing, 3D Game Modelling and 3D Modelling Artist to name a few.
