KCW organises Training Workshop on 360 degree Personality Development

Ludhiana, January 9, 2016: Khalsa College for Women, Department of Commerce organised one Day Training Workshop on 360^O Personality Development in which 250 students participated. The workshop aimed at providing motivational counseling and building the confidence level of students. Mr.Dilbagh Singh, Director Brain Power Services Pvt. Ltd. was the main resource person. Being a corporate trainer, counselor at heart and having a vast experience in theater, he provided interactive counseling sessions to students with audio-visual aids and socio-drama therapy which added productivity to the sessions. He was assisted by Mr. Vikram, Mrs. Anjali Singh and Mrs. Richa in his training session. The trainers interacted with the students on Confidence building, Emotional intelligence, Communication skills, Body Language, Stress-management, Team Work and Leadership in various sessions which were planned in a systematic manner. Students portrayed their enthusiasm by posing many questions during the sessions.

Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Mukti Gill inaugurated the workshop and with her words of wisdom encouraged the students to participate in such training sessions to enlighten their minds and overcome real life challenges in the era of globalization and privatization.
