He said now China was lagging behind India as far as growth was concerned. He predicted that India’s GDP rate could be either 10 per cent or more than 10 per cent in the future due to many reasons, including the implementation of GST in the near future, demonetization and reforms.
Further expressing his opinion on GST, he hoped that the implementation of GST would prove to be a game changer. He said GST had already been implemented in 140 countries. He said the implementation of this tax system would make doing business easy and bring down generation of black money. Moreover, the food grain prices would also come down, he hoped.

It had not shown its adverse effects in India due to strong economy in India as compared to other six countries that had gone for demonetization, he said. He hoped that more FDIs would come to India in the future due to various reforms being done the Modi-led government at the Centre.
