Job Fest on Feb 17 by St Soldier Group of Institutions

Jalandhar, February 16, 2016: St Soldier Group of Institutions, Jalandhar in its endeavor for the first time in the history of Jalandhar is organising a Biggest SSGI Mega Job Fair- 2016 on 17th February in St Soldier Campus, NH-1, Jalandhar-Amritsar Bye Pass, Near NIT, Jalandhar in which more than 40 companies will offer jobs to students. The objective of this job fest is to provide a one stop of opportunities for students of St. Soldier Group of Institutions as well as for other colleges of the region who are seeking jobs in the corporate world.

Addressing the media persons here on Monday, Chairman of St Soldier Group of Institutions Anil Chopra said “After having a deliberation with the various academicians, parents and students the St. Soldier Group of Institutions, Jalandhar planned to organize this mega recruitment drive in the St. Soldier Campus. This will benefit the students of our group and around areas where they can have multiple options to choose for their employment. This Job fair is open for all; anyone who is eligible can take part in SSGI Job Fair. Apart from that this will be great exposure for the students to undergo recruitment process to understand the requirements and expectation of the business houses. We are thankful to Madam Sanjeeda Beri, Dy. Director, Department of Employment Generation and Training for her support and association.

While Addressing the media persons, Manhar Arora, Managing Director said,” This job fair is going to be one of its kinds in which more than 40 Big Brand National and Multinational Companies from all around India are participating. This has never done in past where such number of companies are coming at one place. These companies comprises of big brands like (List of Companies Attached her with) .

Manhar Arora told media persons that “There is an overwhelming response so far as more than 1000 registration has been done through direct and online mode. This event will provide abundance of opportunities for job seekers who are having Graduate and Post Graduate degrees in any streams. Students who are into their final year of course and those who have completed their qualification are eligible to participate in this job fest. Final year students and alumni of MBA, MCA, B.Tech, MSc(IT), PGDCA, BBA, BCA, BSc(IT), B.Com, BA, Polytechnic Diploma, ITI, Hotel Management, Law and other graduates and postgraduates in any streams can avail the facility of placement offers in this Job Fair. This Job Fair is open and any one who is eligible can participate.”
