DTOAK and JK tourism to conduct tourism promotional road show in Hyderabad.

Hyderabad, February 22, 2019. In order to boost tourism flow in J&K, tourism promotional road show will be held in Hyderabad City on February 25 at Hotel Plaza.

The Roadshow is organized by Domestic Tour Operators Association of Jammu and Kashmir (DTOAK) in collaboration with J & K Tourism.

The Show to be graced by Tourism Minister Telangana Mr. V. Srinivas Goud, Secretary Tourism to Govt of Telangana Mr. B. Venkatesham, Commissioner of Tourism Smt. Sunita M. Bhagwat, Director Finance of J & K tourism, president Federation of Telangana Chamber of commerce and industry among other leading tour and travel operators of the city.

The event will showcase Tourism attractions of J&K and its Culture and heritage.

Hamid Wangoo, President of DTOAK invites people of this region to visit the state of Jammu Kashmir. He dispelled the myth and said J & K is the safest place for the tourists. "National media is portraying our State in a negative which is hampering our tourism business adversely”.

Nearly one crore people visits each year Vaishnodevi Temple Jammu, thirty lakh people visit Amarnath, said Hamid Wangnoo, President Domestic Tour Operators Association of Kashmir, in a press note issued in the city today.

Jammu and Kashmir is "totally" safe for tourirsts and tensions in the border areas have "no effect" on our tourism sector.
