ITM University brings glory to Gwalior

Gwalior, May 11, 2016: To make a distinction amongst the number of colleges that have sprung up like weeds during the last few decades , the national institute ranking framework of the HRD Ministry of India imparted ranking to the best and quality providing institutes of India, both publish and private this ranking would enable the parents and prospective students to analyse and decide that which institutions are better and eligible as for as norms of quality education are concerned out of all the government and private management and engineering colleges of India, ITM University Gwalior has been ranked on the 32nd position in the management category and 58th position in the engineering category .

The list of the ranks was released by Mrs. Smriti Irani, the minister for human resource and development, government of India in Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi on this occasion, Mr. Vina Sheel Oberoi, Secretary , Mr. Ved Parkash , the Chairman of UGC, and Mr. Surendra Prasad , the NBA Chairman, along with many educators and scholars of the country The HRD Ministry has released such a list for the first time to compete for this Ranking, around 3,800 Universities, Engineering, Pharmacy and Management College’s nationwide registered themselves, The Ministry gone this ranking after testing the institutes on various parameters after preparing the list of educational organisations, two categories were made, A and B in category A, the criterion for selection was research and development work while in category B, the teaching curriculum was the criterion , for its progressive and per excellence research projects, ITM University Gwalior was considered for A category, in addition the state – of – art infrastructure, Libraries, Laboratories sports facilities along with consultancy and other facilities of ITM were appreciated b the Ministry .

The other institutions which have succeed to occupy a position in the India ranking 2016, most of them are government institutes and they are either 10 years old or even older than that only a few institutes of MP. Ave succeeded in securing a rank in this list. It is noteworthy to mention here, that ITM University Gwalior has made this accomplishment within a short time period of merely 5years from the date of its establishment. It is indeed a matter of great pride for the entire Madhya Pradesh.

For this remarkable success of ITM University Gwalior, The Chancellor ITMU Mr. Rama Shankar Singh, Vice President Mrs. Ruchi Singh, Managing Director, Dr. Daulat Singh And Vice Chancellor Dr.Vandana Kushwah have congratulated the faculty members and staff.
