Jalandhar, June 21, 2019: International Yoga day was organised at Dholewal Military Station, Ludhiana for 5th consecutive year by Vajra AD Brigade from 19-21 Jun 19 with full enthusiasm. Six Instructors from Art of Living foundation in coordination with Instructors of Indian Army conducted morning session of yoga for 3 days followed by lecture on benefits of meditation and heart care by “Swami Vivekanand meditation pyramid and foundation, Ludhiana”. Various interactive events like poster making for children, Extempore for ladies, Musical Chair and Couple Quiz were conducted to celebrate the day.
A total strength of approximate 1100 service personnel, their families and children of all age groups came out and followed the customised yoga session. Theme for International Yoga day 2019 was “Care your heart”.
