Chandigarh, November 25, 2016: The International Students and Education Day was celebrated by the Dean, International Students Office of Panjab University (PU) in collaboration with the ICCR.
The event was organized at the PU Auditorium and started on a somber note with a minute's silence for the departed soul of Loveleen, the student who passed away yesterday. There were dances and presentations by students from Afghanistan, Iran,
Nepal and Sri Lanka.
The Dean Students Welfare, Prof. Goswami presided over the function and appreciated the Cultural harmony at the event. Regional Director, ICCR, Mrs Nalini Singhal welcomed the participants and audience. The International Students and their
teachers from the local colleges were present.
