Jalandhar, February 23, 2015: International Mother Tongue Day was celebrated by Panjab Jagriti Manch, Jalandhar on February 21. On this occasion a march was organised in which Faculty members and Students of Innocent Hearts College of Education, Jalandhar participated. The March was from Lyallpur Khalsa Senior Secondary School, Nakodar Chowk to Desh Bhagat Yaadgari Hall. The Students carried Banners, Placards and raised Slogans highlighting the significance of mother tongue Punjabi and its role in promoting Universal Brotherhood. All the participants participated with zeal and enthusiasm.
