Chandigarh, May 10, 2016: The Board of Directors of ICICI Prudential AMC, the largest asset management company with assets under management of ?179403.46 Cr as on March 31, 2016, has approved the appointment of Mr.S Naren, as Executive Director on the Board of ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd, subject to regulatory and other necessary approvals.
Mr.S Naren joined the company in October 2004. In his current role as CIO, he oversees the entire investment function across the Mutual Fund and the International Advisory Business.
