IAS Officers' Association condemns Issru incident

Chandigarh, August 16, 2014: The Punjab State IAS Officers' Association strongly condemns the incident at Issru yesterday. Such a shameful act against a Chief Minister deserves to be condemned in entirety and should invite strictest of penal action. The Association reiterates its resolve to work for the welfare of the state & its citizens and requests the citizenry to refrain from such acts which serve no useful purpose at all other than temporary media glare, said Suresh Kumar, President, The Punjab State IAS Officers Association, in a statement here today.
