HMV organised AIDS Awareness Campaign

Jalandhar, December 2, 2016: Zoology Department of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized an AIDS Awareness Campaign on World AIDS Day. The poster presentation and slogan writing to bring awareness against deadly disease was done by science students. A video film was shown regarding HIV virus and life cycle in humans. Miss Jashan and Ms.Kirti presented informative power point presentation on spread and preventive measures of AIDS. Dr.Seema Marwaha, HOD extended a floral welcome to the Principal Dr. Mrs.Ajay Sareen. Speaking on the occasion, Dr.Sareen stressed upon the need to create awareness regarding AIDS and motivate the students to follow healthy practices in life. She appreciated the efforts of the team of teachers of Zoology department and guided them to continue doing socially productive work. Dr. Seema Marwaha, HOD presented the formal vote of thanks. On this occasion, Ms. Avantika, Dr. Tamanreet Kaur, Mr. Arvind Chandi, Mr. Sachin, Mr. Amit and were present.
