Groundnut/Soy processing Training at ICAR-CIPHET, Ludhiana

Ludhiana, April 25, 2018: In the health conscious world non dairy foods are becoming popular and ICAR-CIPHET is committed and working consistently to meet the food needs of the nation by developing and promoting health food products. Groundnut/soy based products are loaded with various other essential goodness that makes it critically important for individuals on diets, people who have to enhance their overall health, as well as vegetarians and vegans around the world. Five budding entrepreneurs namely Mr.B.N.Chopra, Mr.Nandan Chopra, Mr.Chuni Lal from Jalandhar and Mrs.Shashi Prabha and Mr.Harpinder Singh from Ludhiana approached ICAR-CIPHET for groundnut/soy processing.

Dr. D.N. Yadav, Pr. Scientist FG&OP Division has imparted hands on training to entrepreneurs from 24-25 April 2018. Dr. Ranjeet Singh, PI, ABI & I/C ITMU coordinated this training and assured them that all possible help will be extended for establishment of agro food processing business.
