German boy killed while watching World Cup final

Berlin, July 15 (IANS/EFE) A 19-year-old boy was stabbed to death in a movie theatre in Bremen while he was watching Sunday's FIFA World Cup final between Germany and Argentina.

German police officials said the incident took place during a brawl inside the theatre where the boy was watching the match. He was quickly taken to a hospital where he succumbed to his fatal wounds, reports EFE.

Meanwhile, a 23-year-old woman was shot at during a celebration parade in Bergheim city in North Rhine-Westphalia state. The young woman was shot while riding with two other women. Police is still investigating the reason for the shooting.
