A Football Intramural being organised by University College of Physical Education of Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo at University Playground.
Talwandi Sabo, October 8, 2014: University College of Physical Education of Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo organised a Football Intramural at University Playground. All the students of BPE and B.Sc Physical Education participated in this competition.
Dr Narinder Singh, Director Finance, GKU inaugurated the matches by blessing the students. BPE 5th semester students won the match by defeating B.Sc Physical Education students. Girl students also took part in this competition. Bhupinder Singh and Veerpal Kaur were declared best player as per their performances in the competition.
Dr. Tarlok Singh Sandhu, Director Sports of GKU appreciated the efforts of Dr. ravinder Sumal H.o.D. Physical Education and other staff members involved in the activity.
Dr. N.S. Malhi, Vice Chancellor congratulated winner students & Dr. Tarlok Singh Sandhu for making such activities a regular job. This will develop strong sense of sportsmanship among the students, He added.
Dr. ravinder Sumal, Prof. Satpal Singh, Prof. Gurdeep Singh, Prof. Surinder Kaur Mahi and Prof. K.P.S. Mahi did great job for successful completion of activity.
