FICO, Ludhiana leaders with Sanjay Singh chief Knowledge Resource, Strategic Concepts & Dr. Ravindra Aher, Director Raisoni Group.
Ludhiana, December 4, 2014: Federation of Industrial & Commercial Organisation (FICO), Ludhiana organised Session on "Make the correct choice for your organisation's future & kissa kursi ka" here. A total 125 members of FICO attended the session. The main points of discussions included to whom should I give my business so that my legacy Continues, do my children have the same passion I have in this business, how do I go about handing over the reins to the next generation and how do I professionalise my business so that it remains competitive.
Sharing knowledge and strategies for succession planning through a theatrical simulation was conducted. In this session members learned a lot and now they can implement in their factory, said FICO president Gurmeet Singh Kular. He added the event will help the industry in a professional way as well as save money and time.
