Farewell by juniors in DAV College

Jalandhar, March 31, 2015: Dav College, Jalandhar's, Bsc department (semester 1 & 3) bade farewell to the seniors with "Farewell Eve 2015" as its title. That day was dedicated to the moments that outgoing students have spent along with their juniors, friends and the teachers. Principal Dr. BB Sharma was the chief guest of the function and was florally welcomed by the torchbearer of the department,  Prof. TD Saini, Prof. Hemant Kumar, Prof. Navjeet & Prof. Satish Kumar.

The function began with the holy lamp lighting and saw the formal welcome of everyone by Prof TD Saini. He addressed the outgoing students and motivated them to brilliantly perform in the annual final examinations.

Principal Dr BB Sharma addressed the students and quoted "Excellent  students always have a bright future. All they need is dedication, Hardwork, passion, will power & self confidence."

Function began with a performance by Sanjeevni. Tanisha, Sahil, Raman, Gautam, vanika, sheena and harnoor anchored the whole program. Himani.and her group gave an outstanding dance performance and students got convinced to dance. A Choreography "college days" by Ramandeep described the college life sonorously.

The whole auditorium danced to the beats of Sunny Shankariya. Despite of all this, play, skit and games were also conducted. The outgoing students were presented by token of love.

Towards the end, performance by Hardik "beete huye lamho" left everyone in tears.

Prof Hemant Kumar wished luck.to everyone and valedictory speech was presented by Prof Satish.

On this occasion Vice Principal of the college Prof PK Kapoor, Vice Principal Prof PK Sharma, PRO Prof Manish Khanna, Prof Karuna Mittal, Prof Nichay Bahl and Prof Komal Arora were also present.
