Jalandhar, November 30, 2015: Innocent hearts group of Institutions, Loharan  Jalandhar organised faculty development on Effective Presentation Skills in the campus for the staff and the faculty members to innovate their methods of presentation in the classroom. Prof Deepak Paul welcomed the guests by presenting bouquet to them before starting of the session.
Mrs Simarjeet Kaur Sandhu   and Mr.Sultan from Career Casters Pune come for the session. Career caster is a Pune Based company which train people in corporate and the educational institutions of all over India. They visited the campus and guide the entire faculty by presenting 3, D’S method which is Desire, Determination and Demographics. Mrs Simarjeet put emphasis on new wave which is called Human to Human by touching the hearts not the old methods like B2B OR B2C techniques which are used in achieving business targets and customer’s satisfaction. She motivates the entire faculty to work with the dreams which they wanted to achieve in their lives.
The best part was they involve the entire staff members in the role play games by giving them tasks on their personal interests and the expectations they have it from the session. Each and every faculty enjoyed the session by presenting their interests and roles they are performing in the session.
In the conclusion, they give examples of many eminent personalities who are now days the role models for all. DrAnup Bowry Secretary Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust thanked the speakers for the session.
