Ludhiana, January 27, 2017: Keeping in view the intention of breach of law and order, Deputy Commissioner cum District Magistrate Sh.Ravi Bhagat under the section 54(1) of Punjab Excise Act 1914, has declared dry day on 4 February, 2017 in the whole villages and cities of the district, Ludhiana. Under the orders, all liquor shops will remain closed. No liquor will be served in hotels, restaurants or clubs etc. and no one is allowed to store liquor during these days. He instructed to follow the orders strictly. Strict legal action will be taken against the violators.
