Dr RK Gupta appointed as Vice Chancellor of Maharaja Agrasen University Baddi

Chandigarh, May 26, 2016: Professor Department of Commerce and Management Studies, USOL, Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh, Dr RK Gupta has been appointed as Vice Chancellor of Maharaja Agrasen University Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
PU VC Prof Arun Kumar Grover has congratulated Prof RK Gupta on being appointed as Vice Chancellor.

Dr RK Gupta has about 40 years teaching experience at PU. During this period, he served as Chairperson USOL, Director UIHMT, Finance Officer, Coordinator UGC NET, Coordinator IAS Centre, Coordinator Centre for Emerging areas in Human Rights and Duties and was actively involved in decision making bodies of the University. He is also appointed as Dean Faculty of Management and Service Marketing at PTU Jalandhar.

Dr RK Gupta has Published more than 65 research Papers, 12 books, presented paper in more than 45 Seminar and conferences. He also acted as chairman and Co-Chairman in different conferences at National and International Level. He is also working as state Treasurer of Bharat Scouts and Guides, Haryana. He was also nominated as Director by SEBI in LSE Securities Limited Ludhiana. He is also nominated in the Board of Studies of the different Universities.

Dr RK Gupta would join on June 4, 2016.
