Dr. Manoj Kumar joins as principal at DAVIET, Jalandhar.
Jalandhar, September 9, 2015: There was an atmosphere of exuberance and joy as Dr.Manoj Kumar joined as Principal of DAV Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jalandhar on September 7. Sh.Arvind Ghai, Chairman Local DAVCMC, Sh.Kundal Lal Aggarwal, Chairman, Building Construction committee, Mr.Sanjay Gupta, Member Governing body, Mrs.Rekha Kalia Bhardwaj, Principal HMV Sh.Ajay Goswami, Sh. Surinder Seth, Member Governing body, Dr. Raj Kumar Principal Ayurvedic college, Mrs.Willaims Principal DAV Nursing college, Dr. Jatinder Principal DAV Physiotherapy, Dr. Jagroop Singh Principal Maher Chand Polytechnic and Principals from various colleges graced the occasion by their benign presence.
All the HoD’s namely Dr. Sonia Chawla, Head (MBA), Dr. Sudhir Sharma, Head(EE), Dr. Neeru Malhotra Head(ECE), Dr. Sanjiv Naval Head(Civil), Dr. Dinesh Kumar Head(IT), Dr. KL Singh Head(Applied Science), Mr. Gaurav Dhuria Head(ME), Ms. Harpreet Kaur Bajaj Head(CSE), Mr. Parveen Kakkar Head (MCA), Dr. Jagroop Singh Associate Prof.(ECE) & Sports President, Dr. Harmanpreet Singh Librarian are also present.
Sh. M.L Aeri welcomed Dr. Manoj and all dignitaries present on the occasion. He stated that Dr. Manoj is absolutely nice gentleman and a good researcher. In his speech, he revealed that DAVIET is lucky to have such a person as Principal. He stated that DAVIET is the first preferred Institute of Punjab. Sh. Arvind Ghai, on the behalf of DAVCMC, Local DAVCMC, faculty members, staff members and students of DAVIET, offered his heartfelt blessings to Dr. Manoj Kumar. He stated that DAVIET has made its recognition among top colleges within a short span of time under the able guidance of Dr. A L Sangal. He also revealed that DAVIET will touch the greater heights of success and add new feather in its cap.
Dr. Manoj Kumar acknowledged the kind of love and affection that DAVIET showered on him. He assured that he will do his best efforts to take the Institute at International repute. He stated that he is grateful to DAVCMC and Sh Punam Suri Ji to give him an opportunity to serve DAVIET as Principal. He assured that he will work day and night for taking DAVIET to newer heights of success and glory.
