DIPS Gilzian bagged Gold and Silver Medals

Jalandhar, November 21, 2016: PSEB organised District level “Athletic Meet” at GKMS College Tanda. Various schools of Hoshiarpur district participated in it. Students of DIPS Gilzian , under the observation of DPE Mr.Jatinderpal Singh , also took part in it and showcased their sportsman spirits.In U-14 High Jump , Rohan Kumar (IX) bagged Gold Medal. In U-17 “Discus Throw” Gurleen Kaur got Silver Medal and in U-19 Discus Throw , Harmanpreet singh grabbed silver Medal.
Students of DIPS Gilzian due to their excellent performance in these games, were selected for the State Level athletic Meet as well.
On this occasion, Principal Ms.Rekha Nayyar congratulated and honoured the winners and also wish them luck for future endeavours as well. Chairman of DIPs Mr.Gurbachan Singh send best wishes to students for their efforts and encouraged them to do best in future as well.
