Dhsaramshala, December 22, 2018: Deputy Commissioner Kangra , Sandeep Kumar said that Kangra District Administration is engaged in special arrangements for the convenience of all those who reach Dharamsala for the prime Minister’s Jan Bharat Rally to be organised by HP government on December 27 at Police Stadium Dharamshala . He informed Chief Secretary B. K. Agrawal about the preparations for the rally through video conferencing on Saturday . On this occasion, the Chief Secretary discussed with the Deputy Commissioners of all the districts through Video Conference from Shimla Secretariat and took information about the traffic arrangements for the beneficiaries coming in the rally and given the necessary directions. Deputy Commissioner Sandeep Kumar said that all the officers have been given specific responsibilities for smooth arrangements. “ Nodal officers and contact officers have been created for various services,” added Sandeep Kumar. He said that Additional Deputy Commissioner Kamal Kant Saroch has been made Nodal Officer for services related to the beneficiaries coming in the rally. At the same venue, Additional District Magistrate, Mast Ram Bharadwaj, will be the Nodal Officer for arrangements for sitting at the rally venue. Likewise, all the sub-magistrates and other officers have been given liability. He gave a detailed account of the preparations for the successful organizing of the function on behalf of the district administration. On this occasion, Superintendent of Police Santosh Patial informed about the preparations of the police administration.

A mega rally is being organised at Dharamshala on completion of one year of the Jai Ram Thakur lead present Himachal government on December 27 in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi would address the public.

A BJP official said that thousands of beneficiaries of various welfare schemes of the state government and general public would participate in the rally. He said that an exhibition showcasing one year's achievements of the state government would also be installed during the occasion.

He said party workers and general public throughout the State would be participating in this rally which would also see the presence of BJP President Amit Shah and central ministers.
