DECISION: Slain ASI’s daughter to be appointed as Naib Tehsildar

Chandigarh December 12, 2012:  While condemning the ghastly murder of Punjab Police ASI Ravinderpal Singh at Chheharta in Amritsar district and expressing heart-felt sympathies and solidarity with the bereaved family, the Punjab Cabinet today decided to appoint her daughter Robinjeet Kaur, who is M.Sc in Computer Science, as Naib Tehsildar

A decision to this effect was taken here at a meeting of the Cabinet chaired by Punjab Chief Minister  Parkash Singh Badal this morning. 

This was disclosing here today by a spokesperson of the Chief Minister’s office.
