Ludhiana, September 28, 2012: District Congress Committee, Ludhiana organised a function to celebrate birth anniversary of the martyr Bhagat Singh today.
Among others, the DCC president Pawan Dewan spoke on the occasion. Speakers recalled the sacrifice made by the great martyr. They called upon people to make every possible effort to maintain independence.
The photograph of the martyr was also garlanded as a mark of respect.
