Ferozepur, September 8, 2015: Er.DPS Kharbanda, Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur today paid a visit to Hussainiwala memorial park to take stock of its dilapidated condition. Several reports had been published recently regarding the poor condition the toy train, seesaws besides poor sanitary condition of the park. The Deputy Commissioner passed on stern instructions to the officials concerned regarding the cleanliness and repair of toy train and fountain. He said that several people visit Hussainiwala Martyr Memorial to pay obeisance to the martyrs Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev, who were unceremoniously cremated here by the British. Besides, several people converge to Hussainiwala to watch the retreat ceremony.
On this occasion Sandip Singh Garha, SDM, Ferozepur, Jasleen Kaur, Assistant Commissioner, Ferozepur and several officials from various departments were present
