Ferozepur, July 22, 2019: The Deputy Commissioner Chander Gaind and newly joined SSP Vivek Sheel Soni had a meeting in the chamber of DC and discussed various issues including the drugs.
It was the first official meeting of SSP with DC, after joining in the district. In this meeting, the law and order situation in the district was discussed.
The deputy commissioner called for an all-out attack on drugs. He stressed for strict action against the drug peddlers to shun the menace of drugs from its roots.
He said, strict action may be taken against the drug peddlers.
SSP assured the Deputy Commissioner to open a front in the on-going war on drugs. He said, his doors are open 24x7 for the public and anyone can meet him at any time and problems of the people will be solved on priority.
