CTPS students gain musical experience at Harivallabh Sangeet Samelan

Jalandhar, December 31, 2018: Jalandhar, December 31, 2018: Like every year, the students of CT Public School have gained a wonderful learning experience by performing Saraswati Vandana and Harivallabh Vandana at one of the oldest festivals of Indian classical music in the world named 143rd Harivallabh Sangeet Samelan at Shri Devi Talab Mandir.

The young artists of the school namely Saurav Joshi, Kulwinder, Manishika, Arshdeep, Nikita, Riya, Shagun, Khushnoor, Janvi, Simran, Pavjot and Brahmjot participated in the sammelan with fervou. These artists of CT enthralled the audience with their performance of Saraswati Vandana and Harivallabh Vandana using Rag Kedar and Bhupali, leaving everyone transfixed.

The dignitaries on the occasion Pt. Jyoti Mitu, Kulwinder Kaur, Purnima Beri, Deepak Bali and Sangat Ram appreciated the efforts of the students and presented them with certificates and cash prize of Rs. 1100 for their excellent performance.

Vice Principal Sukhdeep Kaur applauded the sincere efforts of the music teachers and the young school artists for their achievement and learning experience.
