Jalandhar, May 7, 2018: To create interest in the culinary skills of the students, CT Institute of Hotel Management, CTIHM, organized a workshop on fireless cooking for 150 students of CT World and CT Public School. In this workshop students were taught about dishes like canapés, shakes, sandwiches and fruit ice cream.

The objective of this activity was to engage children in positive sensory experience with a variety of healthy food, identify personal food preferences and practice food preparation skills. All participated with lot of enthusiasm and were very happy to learn these dishes.

Sahilpreet, a student of class VII said, "I try to help my mother in kitchen while she cook food. But today, I have got to know a lot many new easy techniques of making fireless dishes and will now surely cook these for my parents."

Dr. Bharat Kapoor, Director CTIHM told the students that department will be organizing these workshops more frequently to ensure continuous learning and holistic growth of the students.

Managing Director, CT Group of Institutions interacted with the students on how these activities will help in their overall development.
