CTU is the first University to have signed historical MoU for the health & well being of humanity: Anil Bharti, President SVT

Ludhiana, May 7, 2018: CT University, Ludhiana has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Swami Vivekananda Trust (SVT), Ludhiana, to promote functional interaction between the two in mutually beneficial areas of meditation and to create happiness and stress-free environment for faculty, staff and students at the University. Under this agreement signed initially for five years, the SVT will organize workshops for students at CT University/ Pyramid Centre, Ludhiana and the students, staff and faculty will also be facilitated to visit to Pyramid Centre for interaction with experts.

The signatories to the MoU are Dr.Harsh Sadawarti, Pro-Vice Chancellor and Dr.Jagtar Singh Dhiman, Registrar from the CTU side and Anil Bharti, President and Rachna Gupta, Administrator, from SVT. The MoU is signed in the presence of the CTU Chancellor, Managing Director, and Deans & Directors of the University and officials of the Trust.

Anil Bharti, President of SVT said that CTU has become the first ever university to have signed this historical MoU for the health and well being of humanity.

Speaking on the occasion, Chancellor said that the meditation is vital for stress-free living in today’s hectic world and that connecting with the SVT will go a long way to create an awareness regarding new trends in meditation. The Managing Director, Manbir Singh congratulated both the parties in having inked this historical agreement for a humanitarian cause, which is win-win situation for all.
