CONFLUENCE CELEBRATES TWO SPARKLING YEARS

India’s first designer jewelry collective marks two years of its inception!

New Delhi, July 20, 2018: CONFLUENCE, India’s first designer jewelry collective showcasing jewelry with crystals from Swarovski celebrated two successful years of its inception with a spectacular soiree at the Embassy of Austria. Themed around ‘Sparkling Transformations’; the presentation highlighted the journey of a Swarovski Crystal from the Austrian Alps to the hands of leading Indian design luminaries finally culminating into enchanting designer jewels.

Unveiled in 2016, CONFLUENCE showcases the innovation of Swarovski Crystals, the essence of Indian craftsmanship and the amalgamation of the finest Swarovski crystals from the Austrian Alps with Indian design aesthetic. The strength of the collective lies in the noteworthy designer portfolio and the use of the finest Swarovski Crystals.

CONFLUENCE debuted with statement designs crafted by the leading fashion and jewelry designers of India including Amrapali, Eina Ahluwalia, Gaurav Gupta, Isharya, JJ Valaya, Manish Arora, Outhouse, Pernia Qureshi, Rohit Bal, Shivan & Narresh and Suneet Varma. Since then, Suhani Pittie and Tarun Tahiliani have also joined the glowing designer portfolio. This year, CONFLUENCE welcomes Deepa Gurnani, Nida Mahmood and Zariin to its select fold of indigenous design doyens.

The showcase highlighted each designer’s unique inspiration. The jewelry by the couturiers shares design aesthetics with their exquisite couture collections hence making the jewel a piece of affordable luxury that bears the essence of the designer’s couture ensembles. The CONFLUENCE collective covers the categories of traditional special occasion wear, everyday modern classics and men’s accessories.
