It’s the Phoenix of the Year 2018 – Season 2 finale at Phoenix Marketcity Bengaluru.
30 glamorous contestants battled it out to be the Ms. and Mr. Phoenix of the Year - Season 2, a modelling contest to find the most good looking man and woman in the city.
Sandalwood Superstar Yash , the face of the property this year crowned the winners of Phoenix Of The Year Season 2 - Mr. Phoenix - Nikhil Raj and Ms. Phoenix - Shruti Ojha on the evening of 3rd March.
Rockstar Yash also walked the ramp with the winners of Phoenix of the Year Nikhil Raj and Shruti Ojha.
The previous edition of the event was highly successful but was limited only to female contestants whereas this year men were allowed to take part too.
It all began with Phoenix Marketcity rolling out a teaser on its social media channels featuring Yash which caught the attention of many people. Registration links were provided online and participants quickly sent in their pictures for the first round of screening.
Post the screening process, selected participants were invited to Phoenix Marketcity for an audition round where they had to walk the ramp in front of judges from the fashion world. More than 200 participants showed up in their stylish best and floored the judges with their attitude and personality.
30 participants were shortlisted after the audition round and were attending grooming workshops to get themselves ready for the big day.
Highlights:
· Sana Dua, 1st Runner up of Femina Miss India 2017 was the show stopper of the event.
· Kavya Shetty, Sandalwood Actress judged the event along with Mr. Gajendra Singh Rathore, Centre Director, Phoenix Marketcity Bangalore, Ms. Ritu Mehta, Head of Marketing, Phoenix Marketcity Bangalore and Anuja Pandey, Fashion Blogger - Lofty Spectrums.
· Popular fashion choreographer Rajesh Shetty was the choreographer for the fashion show.
· Music performance by Avril Quadros (Contemporary Singer) and Acrobat Performance by Kishen Bilagali (Commonwealth Games, Filmfare, IIFA performer).
