CICU organises One Day Training Program on Be a Magnificent Manager

Ludhiana, April 19, 2019: CICU has been organizing number of Seminars/Workshops for the benefits and up-gradation of the skills of the industry and trade sectors. The role of top management has become extremely critical now days. Therefore, CICU took initiative to organize One Day Training Program on Be a Magnificent Manager. S. Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, CICU said that all organizations needs better management to run their business smoothly and important to sharpen their skills for ensuring that they can lead their organizations effectively. He also said that this training will defiantly benefits the organization, if it will implemented accordingly. Sh. Pankaj Sharma, General Secretary, CICU emphasized that the practice of managing things is to ensure the long-term survival of the company and survival will only be assured if the company is profitable in the long-term. He also gave some good examples of better management and branding, so that the participants grab the strategies easily. The beneficial training program was conducted by Dr. Karminder Ghuman, PhD (Rural Marketing), MBA (Marketing) and professional training in Sales from National Institute of Sales. He is working as Associate Professor at LM Thapar School of Management, Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala. In his session he covered important modules and contents like Developing Effective Strategies, Time Management & Work Prioritization, Leading an organization from Good to Great, Brand Management, Developing a strategic roadmap for organization, How to organize urgent and important to manage time effectively & efficiently, Leadership & Motivation, and Integrated Marketing Communications. All the participants appreciated the work being done by CICU for the benefits of the industry. The training program was participated by more than 40 participants comprising Entrepreneurs, Directors, Manager and other top professionals of the companies.
