CICU Organised Programme on 7 Quality Tools for MSMEs

Ludhiana, July 16, 2016: MSME Development Institute, Ludhiana in association with Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings organised Training Programme on 7 Quality Tools for MSMEs at Conference Hall – Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings – Ludhiana.
The main objective of this training program is to create consciousness about the latest quality techniques, standards & technology to improve the quality of the product by implementing these tools.
Sh. Avtar Singh President of Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings while summing up the program and said that this program is useful for the all industrial sectors. He said that market of the product cannot be done without adopting the quality parameters which satisfies the customers. He further said that in this competition era reduced cost of production will create new market avenues for the MSMEs.
Sh. Kamal Singh Deputy Director MSME-DI Ludhiana while speaking on the occasion, said that quality plays a vital role in marketing of the products either in Domestic or International Marketing. He further said that there is a need to adopt the latest techniques and designs.
Sh. S.S Bedi Former Assistant Director of MSME and representative of CICU also spoke on the occasion. He said that the countries who are conscious in quality up gradation have adopted the 7 quality tools. These tools can also help in Micro and Small sector in improving the productive and reduction the rejections and reducing the cost of production.
Sh. RajaGopal Consultant from Mohali presented the details on Lean Management, Six-sigma and Kaizen. Sh. R.S Solanki Consultant from Mohali presented details on Quality Tools. Sh. C.L Aneja Ex-M.D., HMT Pinjore presented the details on the Quality Management Systems.
Sh. Kundan Lal, Assistant Director, MSME-DI, Ludhiana Welcome the Dignitaries and provided the brief details of the program. Sh.
