Chandigarh, November 18, 2018: Chandigarh Ratan Award was conferred on Dr Monica Munjial Singh Chairperson Social Work Department, Panjab University Chandigarh today at the Conference of Intellectuals organised here at the GGDSD College Sector 32 Chandigarh.
