Chennai, April 12, 2016 : Ente Keralam is all set to celebrate Vishu by offering the special traditional ‘Sadhya’ from the 14th to 17th of April at its restaurants in Poes Garden, Anna Nagar and MRC Nagar. The warm, talented, multi-faceted chef cum priest, Thirumeni Unnikrishnan Namboodiri will be spearheading this traditional dining experience by preparing delicious dishes with his team of chefs flown in specifically for the feast.
Sadhya is a pure vegetarian meal consists of a wide variety of traditional delicacies spread on a banana leaf which includes a special assortment of two payasams, two pradhaman, four kinds of fried chips, four unique pickles, kaalan, olan, thoran, errusery, avial, sambhar, rasam and more. The Sadhya will also include the usual favorites like Nei Parippu, Sambar, Rasam, Kaachia mooru and a selection of mouth-watering pickles and chips to enjoy the different flavors at its best. The Sadhya which is made from unique traditional ingredients will be prepared at a special kitchen erected at the restaurant for the festival to ensure the food is prepared in the most immaculate and ritually pure environment.
