BSNL organises “Hindi Fortnight Celebrations”

Ferozepur, September 30, 2012: On Saturday, BSNL Circle Ferozepur ‘Hindi Fortnight Celebrations” concluded in its office and the valedictory function was presided over by Ajit Kumar, General Manager, BSNL, Ferozepur .

The concluding day was presided over by Rachhpal Singh Walia, Deputy General Manager (Finance) and Hari Singh, Principal, Kendriya Vidayala-2 was the Chief Guest.

Harish Luthra, SDO(HRD) and Vice President, Hindi Working Committee, Ferozepur read out an appeal of Chief General Manager, Chandigarh .

The Chief Guest in his address expressed his views on the importance of use of Hindi language and appealed to love the Hindi as national language. 

During the fortnight celebrations, the essay competition was organised and on the last day, the declamation and poetry recitation competition was also arranged.

The General Manager  honoured the first, second and third winners in the competition and thanked the chief guests and the present employees.

Ishu Kataria was given the consolation prize for participation on the Hindi Fortnight Celebrations.
