Chandigarh, July 27, 2014: The Shiromani Akali Dal President and Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal has declared eminent social worker Bhagwan Dass Juneja as the SAD-BJP alliance candidate from Patiala Assembly Constituency.
