Awareness Session on Cybercrime at BCM School, Dugri

Ludhiana, January 18, 2019: An awareness session on cybercrime and security was held for the students of B C M Dugri. They were addressed by ACP Mr Ramandeep Singh Bhullar, SHO Dugri Sardaar Gurbachan Singh, SHO Sadar Sardar Sukhdev Singh Brar and Gurbakshish Singh Incharge Police Station Basant Avenue. They were extended a warm welcome by Senior coordinator Mr Dinesh Kumar Sharma. They made the children alert about the consequences of using unknown sites and games. They also guided them about the security and vigilance they need to keep while Surfing the internet. Children were also warned against making fake IDs and spreading rumours online as now they could be easily targeted and punished for the offence. They were extended a formal thanks by the Activity Incharge Ms Seema Mahajan who was grateful for their presence to enlighten the school students.
