UBS Ludhiana Organizing its First Business Conclave

Ludhiana, January 19, 2019: University Business School, Panjab University Regional Centre, Ludhiana in collaboration with Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) is organizing a Business Conclave on the theme “MSME - The Backbone of Indian Economy” on 23rd January 2019. Professor Ravi Inder Singh, Director, PU Regional Centre, Ludhiana and S. Upkar Singh Ahuja, President CICU, informed that this Business Conclave is being organized with an objective of providing a forum for the exchange of ideas, problems and their solution to the energetic and visionary entrepreneurs from the state of Punjab to encourage ideas, foster innovation and discuss developments in the buzzing business world. This year the focus of the Business Conclave will be purely on issues relate to “Ease of Doing Business” and “Emerging Global Markets for Indian Products”. Different government departments, banks, FIs, Consultants, service providers and chamber of commerce and industry associations, CICU, and Experts in international trade for Indian Products will come together under one umbrella to disseminate important information on theme. This conclave will help entrepreneurs especially from MSMEs Sector, who want to take their business to new heights of success. They further informed that Professor Raj Kumar, Vice chancellor, Panjab University, Chandigarh will be the chief guest and will inaugurate the conclave. Focus of discussion for the Panel-I will be on “Ease of doing Business.” This panel will be graced by the renowned experts from industry such as Mr. D.L.
