Fleet of 11 new low-floor non-AC buses being launched for two different routes in Ludhiana on Monday.

Ludhiana, March 5, 2013: Another fleet of 11 new low-floor non-AC buses were launched for two different routes in the city on Monday.
Interestingly, CCTV cameras and global positioning system have been installed in these buses. The objective for the same is to ensure safety to those travelling in these buses, especially women.
Mayor Harcharan Singh Gohalwaria flagged off the new fleet of buses. On the occasion, Ludhiana Municipal Corporation’s officiating commissioner Isha Kalia was among those present.
