AMARINDER'S 'MISSION-13' HAS TURNED INTO 'MISS-ON 13' AS SAD BJP SET TO SWEEP POLLS: SUKHBIR
FEROZEPUR, April 30, 2019: Sukhbir Badal, SAD Candidate today said that today that Captain Amarinder Singh will impose power bills on farmers tube wells immediately after the the Lok Sabha elections. " Don't trust him if he denies this even on oath because by now he has become quite used to swearing by the most sacred religious icons only to break those oaths," said The SAD president addressing a massive public rally in this historic town. “Amarinder's 'Mission-13' has already turned into a 'Miss-on 13' as SAD-BJP is all set to sweep these elections in the state. The Congress is up against people's wrath on broken promises and non-performance”, quipped Sukhbir while replying a media query on the outcome of poll in Punjab. On this occasion Sukhbir disclosed that his sources in officialdom have revealed to him that "free power to agriculture in Punjab will soon end as the Amarinder government is all set to impose power bills on tube wells on the pretext of empty coffers and an elaborate plan has also been prepared in this regard. He said that several other social welfare schemes introduced by the Senior Badal Parkash Singh Badal led government are also likely to be stopped on the lame pretext of financial crunch. He however hastened to add that that the SAD BJP will launch a massive agitation against such anti - people decisions and " we will not sit idle till we have forced the govt to change its mind and honour these commitments to the people”, he added. Praising PM Modi on this occasion, Sukhbir said that under the NDA government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Sikhs have finally started getting justice and fair play. “The PM delivered justice to Sikhs by sending Congress leader Sajjan Kumar to jail for inhuman massacre of Sikhs. Others like Jagdish Tytler too will have to atone for their sins when Modi resumes his tenure after the poll”, said Sukhbir.
