7-Day workshop on ‘Inclusion: Making it happen’ from 11th to 17th March
Chandigarh, March 8, 2019: Centre of Academic Leadership and Education Management (CALEM), Department of Education, Panjab University, Chandigarh – under the aegis of Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching (PMMMNMTT), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India – is organising seven days’ workshop on ‘Inclusion: Making it happen’ from 11th to 17th March, 2019. For this seven days’ workshop, registered participant include School heads/Principals/Administrators, School Teachers (elementary, senior, senior secondary), Teacher educators, counsellors and Research scholars pan India. Resource persons from India and abroad will be coming to facilitate the workshop. They will discuss the need, importance and relevance of Inclusion and draw meaningful inferences from the best practices of inclusions. Major barriers will be understood and ways to overcome the challenges will be discussed. Focus will be on inculcating right attitudes and adopting pedagogy that promotes inclusion. The participants will be provided hands on training for developing instructional modules.
