Ludhiana, November 27, 2016: The second day of the 64th Annual National Conference of Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists (ISACON 2016) organized by Ludhiana society of Anaesthesiologist revolved around discussions about various aspects of Anaesthesiology. The sessions were covering almost all aspect of Anaesthesiology where expert of various field of anaesthsia not only delivered the lectures but with the help of panel discussion tried to resolve the queries of delegates. They shared their experiences on the basis of available evidences. The various aspects of anaesthesia such as airway management, challenges in evaluation of patients for anaesthsia administration, advancement in the monitoring during and after anaesthesia administration for safe recovery of the patients, anaesthetic challenges in patients with other disease was discussed. Besides this research paper presentation in the form of oral presentation & e poster presentation. Undergraduate MBBS students also took active participation in their e poster session.
Video corner which was a platform for delegate to present their interesting video was center of attraction for delegates Dr Vivek Gupta said. Dr Sunil Katyal Organizing secretary said that the delegates are not only enjoying academic session but are also enjoying hospitality of Punjab. Dr Anju Grewal said the scientific program has been organized in a manner to maintain a high academic standard and to enhance the knowledge of participant. Dr Vivek Gupta added the sessions were focused to create awareness on post operative management to prevent life threatening complications such as Pulmonary embolism.
