20 students of CT Group of Institutions selected by Top Notch Companies during Pool Campus Placement Drives

Jalandhar, March 10, 2015: Multinational companies, Aon Hewitt and Eclerx Services Limited conducted Pool Campus Placement Drives at Shahpur Campus of CT Group of Institutions for the recruitment of B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE/EE/EEE) students. As many as 20 students were selected during the drives by the company officials out of the 357 students from GNDU, Amritsar, PCTE, Ludhiana, Khalsa Engineering College, Jalandhar and others appeared in the drives.

In the placement drive, 166 students from 2015 passing out batch of B.Tech (CSE/IT/EEE/ECE/EE), BCA, BBA, B.Sc (IT) participated in Eclerx Services placement drive while 191 students of B.Tech & MCA appeared in Aon Hewitt drive. Out of the appeared students, 17 were shortlisted by Eclerx Services and 03 by Aon Hewitt after the final Interview round.

One of the students, Kritika Shukla said, “Yes, our dreams got wings only because of our campus initiatives. They have provided us ample of opportunities by conducting several placement drives for us. We got rejections in many but finally we did it.”

Giving information, Priyanka (HR Manager, Eclerx) said that the placement drive included four rounds – Written Test, Group Discussion, Technical Round and HR Round at a salary package of Rs. 1.8 lac per annum. The performance of the students was very appreciating as always, this is the reason we always choose CT Group of Institutions for conducting placement drives.

However, Aon Hewitt drive too had the same procedure of selecting the students. The Company’s officials Tarun Sharma informed that the on the annual salary package of Rs. 2.8 Lacs. He said, “The students are highly talented and technically sound. This was our placement drive at CT Group of Institutions and we would surely like to conduct it in the future as well.”
