13 GKU students placed in Multinational Companies

A group photograph of 13 students of Guru Kashi University Talwandi Sabo who have been placed in Multinational Companies.

Talwandi Sabo, March 17, 2015: A placement drive of Eureka Forbes and Technotronics was organised at Guru Kashi University Campus in which the B.Tech and Diploma students of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Engineering participated. Based on written test   and group discussion, 34 students were short listed for interview. The company professional interviewed the student and 13 students were selected at  packages varying from 1.8 to 2.5 LPA. HR Managers, Harjot Singh of Tachnotronic and Baljinder Singh of Eureka Forbes were highly impressed by the performance of students and said they will be visiting the campus every year for placements.
Sukhraj Singh Sidhu (MD) appreciated the efforts of Training Placement Cell for this Placement Drive. Training & Placement Officer, Prof. Arshdeep Singh said that the placement drive of different companies will be conducted on regular basis in near future. 
Vice–Chancellor of GKU, Dr. N.S. Malhi and Dean Academic, Dr. B.S .Dhaliwal congratulated the selected students.
