When an on screen fight sequence injured Khalid Siddiqui for real

Star Plus’ recently launched show, Mariam Khan - Reporting Live has been leaving the audiences asking for more with its intriguing story-line.

According to a recently shot sequence, actor Khalid Siddiqui suffered with bruise marks all over his face and hands owing to a reel fight sequence that he was shooting for.

The sequence involved Khalid being beaten up by a few goons given his journalism profession on the show. While, it was well-rehearsed for, it didn’t end well with Khalid Siddiqui who succumbed to bruise marks.

Khalid said, “We do take precautions while shooting but such things do happen sometimes. I was given immediate medical aid and a few hours to rest on set. My co-stars too were with me throughout constantly looking out for me.
