Chandigarh, November 12, 2014: The Weekly Seminar of the Department of Sociology, Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh was organised today. Consumer Activist RK Kaplash spoke on the topic of “Consumer Protection: "Past and Present”.
Kaplash discussed the issues related to Consumer Protection Act and ground level problems. He spoke for 35 Minute on issues like E-Shopping, Consumer Awareness, BIS, Consumer Right, Right to Question etc. He shared his experiences and enriched the participants.
He also dealt with number of questions raised by students and teachers.
