Langer being served during Vishwakarma Day celebrations at DMCH, Ludhiana.
Ludhiana, November 13, 2015: On occasion of Vishwakarma Day , Maintenance department of DMCH along with other employees today organised havan puja and langar with traditional fervour and gaiety.
Secretary of DMCH Managing Society-Sh Prem Kumar Gupta, Dean Academics Dr Rajoo Singh Chhina and Medical Suptd. Dr Sandeep Sharma were present on the occasion. Sh Prem Kumar Gupta served the langar to the employees. In his message to the employees, Secretary- Sh Prem Kumar Gupta, appealed to the employees to follow the path of devotion shown by Lord Vishwakarma.
During the day, the employees of the Maintenance department along with different departments were seen worshipping their tools and instruments, which are used in their profession. They prayed for a better future, safe working conditions and above all success in their respective fields. A ‘langar’ was also served to around 2000 employees on the day.
